1.3 Our online store operates under U.S. law, and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

2. Products & Availability

2.1 All products are subject to availability.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge; however, slight variations in appearance may occur.
2.3 Certain items are available only for local pickup or delivery within designated ZIP codes.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept payments via our secure payment gateway (Square/WooPayments).
3.3 Orders must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipment.

4. Order Processing

4.1 Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.
4.2 Processing times vary by product; custom cakes and special orders may require additional lead time.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of ingredients.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Local Pickup:
5.1 Pickup is available at our Elmhurst, IL location during business hours.
5.2 Orders must be collected within the pickup window specified at checkout. Perishable products not collected may be discarded without refund.

Local Delivery:
5.3 Delivery is available to select ZIP codes. Delivery fees may apply.
5.4 Someone must be available to receive the order; we are not responsible for items left unattended.

Third-Party Delivery (Uber Eats/DoorDash/ShipStation):
5.5 If you select a third-party delivery service, you agree to their terms and delivery policies.
5.6 We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the product is in the possession of the third-party courier.

6. Shipping of Frozen & Perishable Items

 

6.1 Certain products may require special packaging and expedited shipping to maintain freshness.
6.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.
6.3 We are not liable for spoilage due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Refunds & Collections

7.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a product defect or incorrect order.
7.2 If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and order details.
7.3 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Allergens & Dietary Info

8.1 Our products are made in a facility that processes dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
8.2 We do not guarantee any product is allergen-free.
8.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergen information before ordering.
